True Grit was another romp-stompin' good time, raising a whopping $296,000 for teens at Third Way Center!

Over 400 people from across Colorado joined us for a fun-filled night to support our programs.

6. Jeanie Ritter receiving the 2014 Hildegard Messenbaugh Award
Two years ago Third Way Center established the Hildegard Messenbaugh Award to honor an individual dedicated to improving the lives of abused, neglected, mentally ill children.The 2014 recipient of the award was Jeannie Ritter, former First Lady of Colorado and current Mental Health Ambassador at the Mental Health Center of Denver.
7. CO State Senator Michael Johnston's inspiring words
Colorado State Senator Michael Johnston gave an inspirational and impromptu speech at True Grit. Senator Johnston touched on the need for young people struggling with early childhood trauma to have access to programs offered by organizations like Third Way Center.
