Senior Supervisory Staff

Third Way’s supervisory treatment team is comprised of the Executive Director, who also serves as the intake director, one psychiatrist (M.D.) who serves as the medical/program director, a clinical director (LCSW), an assistant clinical director (LPC), a drug and alcohol counselor and a vocational/educational counselor.  This team rotates between all the Center’s programs, including our Teen Mother Program.  Every facility also has their own home-based treatment team, with a licensed therapist as the treatment leader, licensed family therapists and several mental health workers.
