About Our Staff

Third Way Center currently employs 104 staff.  Of those, 65 are full-time and over half of our full-time staff members have masters level degrees or higher.  We have a treatment staff ratio of one masters level clinician for every 3.5 residents.  In addition, we have a full-time psychiatrist on staff to provide supervision and monitor medication.

The rest of our supervisory staff includes; two licensed social workers (one being the clinical director), and an assistant clinical director.  In addition, we employ a full-time drug and alcohol counselor who coordinates substance abuse programming between the houses and school, a full-time vocational education coordinator who facilitates employment training, placement, testing, etc.; a full-time athletic director who designs the recreational and athletic activities for all of our facilities, and a part-time registered music therapist who designs creative arts therapy interventions.  The average length of service to Third Way Center for our supervisory staff is 22 years which has enhanced the continuity of our programming and service.
